Yes. Pool construction in Fulton County and surrounding metro Atlanta jurisdictions requires permits, inspections, and in some cases HOA approval. We manage the permitting process as part of the build — you don't have to figure out which forms go to which office. We know what each municipality requires and build that into the project timeline from the start.

In many cases, yes. Whether it's a freestanding spa, an attached spa that shares the pool's equipment, or a decorative fountain feature, we can often work these into an existing pool area without a full rebuild.
